Fairview Health Services in Saint Paul, MN seeks a Patient Access Scheduler to pre-register and schedule patient appointments with empathy and efficiency. You will direct inquiries, coordinate with providers, and help patients navigate our complex system in a courteous, patient-first manner.
The role includes training for four weeks onsite at Midway, with subsequent remote work optional as duties allow. Shifts run 2:30 pm–11:00 pm (.8 FTE). A background in customer service is required.

We hire Patient Access Schedulers in a class format tied to training schedules. Training is the first 4 weeks of employment so we start a group of individuals to go thru training all together. We will be looking to start our next classe on October 12.
POSITION Schedule: 2:30 pm to 11:00 pm / Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturday (this is a .8 FTE/64 hours per two weeks, benefits eligibile role)
TRAINING Schedule: First 4 weeks of employment. Monday thru Friday and generally 8:00 to 4:30. The first week is onsite at our Midway location in St. Paul. There maybe a couple of onsite days the next week but then training tyically goes remote for the rest of the 4 week.
