AdventHealth Castle Rock is seeking a Patient Access / Revenue Cycle Associate to join our team. You will perform Medicare compliance reviews, estimate patient financial responsibility, and coordinate pre-authorizations with care teams to ensure timely services.

Register patients, collect demographics and insurance details, and provide courteous, professional service across departments. Strong bilingual English/Spanish communication and familiarity with EMR systems are highly valued as you

Formación

Experience in patient access or revenue cycle preferred.
Bilingual English/Spanish in patient interactions.
Associates degree preferred; high school diploma required.

Responsabilidades

Perform Medicare compliance reviews and issue ANOC when needed.
Estimate patient financial responsibility and collect payments or set up payment plans.
Coordinate with utilization management for pre-authorizations and ensure necessary information is provided to patients.
Register patients with accurate demographics and insurance data; minimize duplicate records.
Provide excellent customer service across departments and document payer decisions and arrangements.
