• Associates degree preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced public health or Revenue Cycle setting with experience in payment collection.
• Bilingual English, Spanish/Creole preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete tasks in registration, financial screening, verification, and patient throughput.
• Meet individual collection goals.
• Maintain close working relationship with clinical team to ensure a seamless patient experience.
• Work weekends, holidays, and during disasters as required.
