Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to pass the Rehab Department Aquatic Competency test within 90 days of hire if aquatic/pool use is part of work requirements.
• Clerical skills, including computer, typing, filing, and faxing.

The Rehab Registration Clerk is responsible for assisting in managing therapist schedules. S/he seeks appropriate insurance authorizations, registers and schedules patients, tracks necessary rehab department data, and accurately completes required correspondence to include: emails, faxing, memos, and phone communication.
