Kingman Pulmonary Associates is seeking a Patient Access Representative to ensure smooth patient registration, verify benefits, collect copays, and balance accounts.

This full-time position in Kingman, AZ requires a high school diploma, BLS certification, and at least 1 year of customer service experience; on-site work, Monday to Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm, with competitive benefits and opportunities for growth.

Position Purpose

As a valued member of our team, you will be responsible for providing essential clerical support and ensuring a seamless patient registration process. This entails verifying benefits, facilitating patient discharges, collecting copays or payments, maintaining accurate account balances, and performing general data entry tasks.

Hours/Shift

Full-Time/Days M-F 8:00a - 4:30p

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent
• Certification: BLS certification through American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• Experience: Minimum of 1 yr of experience working in a customer services position and/or office setting

Work Requirements

Able to reach above and below shoulder level, lift, bend, kneel, squat, stand, walk, and sit for the full scheduled shift; able to use business office equipment/computer. Expected duties have, but not routine exposure to bloodborne pathogens.
