Sanford is hiring a Patient Access Representative to be the first point of contact for patients, delivering an exceptional experience in person and over the phone. The role involves greeting patients, verifying demographics, and guiding them through necessary documents in a welcoming clinic environment.
You will coordinate scheduling and referrals with care teams, handle pre-authorizations when needed, and assist patients with financial arrangements.

The schedule for this position is Monday through Friday from 7:30am-4:00pm (no scheduled shifts on weekends or recognized holidays).

With being the first point of contact, you will have the opportunity to provide a positive patient experience by creating a welcoming and safe environment, either on the phone or in the clinic.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Post-secondary education helpful.
One year of work experience, preferably in a medical office setting. Medical terminology helpful; customer service skills essential. Six months' customer service experience desired.
May require BLS for certain locations and/or settings.
