Location: Keystone Patient Access Center, 111 Chambers Hill Drive Suite 200, Chambersburg, PA 17201

Details: 40 hours per week. Weekends and holidays off.

Keystone Patient Access Center is dedicated to providing exceptional service to our patients. We are looking for a team player with a desire and willingness to learn!

Responsibilities

• Answer phone calls promptly (by the third ring).
• Determine the reason for the contact and provide appropriate information.
• Direct callers to the correct individuals or departments.
• Assist patients by scheduling appointments through various channels (phone, Solution Reach, EMR).
• Reschedule appointments as necessary.
• Book incoming referrals.
• Assist with mailings and other projects as call volume allows.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in a healthcare setting is highly preferred.
• Proficiency with telephones and computers.
• Spanish speaking is always a plus but not required.
