Responsible for obtaining registration information, insurance information and verification, and authorizations from new and established patients. Responsible for screening, scheduling and directing patients to appropriate providers and services. Conveys a positive image of Carle and providers' information to patients to fully utilize and benefit from Carle services both on the telephone and face-to-face. Ensures that patients' needs are met. Checks patients in upon their arrival for scheduled appointments and facilitates up-front collection of co-payments.

The compensation range for this position is $16.98 per hour - $27.51 per hour. This represents a good faith minimum and maximum range for the role at the time of posting by Carle Health. The actual compensation offered to a candidate will depend on various factors including experience, qualifications, location, training, licenses, shifts worked, and the compensation model.
