Consumer Access & Product Manager is responsible for leading teams of product analysts that develop, deliver, and execute the software product roadmap. This leadership role involves developing and implementing processes to prioritize product design, development, and deployment. The leader will set goals, manage resources both human and financial, and drive team development and expansion.

WHAT YOU WILL DO AS MANAGER:

• Lead the team responsible for the development and execution of Consumer Experience software product roadmaps, including LiveWell and MyAtrium Health across mobile and web platforms, ensuring alignment with strategic planning.
• Partner with enterprise leaders to ensure products meet organizational goals.
• Lead evolution of current products and develop expertise in the competitive landscape.
• Develop and review product strategies that inspire the team and balance short-term and long-term goals.
• Communicate product insights internally and externally to enhance platform value.
• Participate in technical discussions to maximize software value.
• Manage projects with strong program management skills.
• Keep abreast of the Digital Patient Experience landscape.
• Drive initiatives to support rapid growth of the product and development teams.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED AS LEADER:

• Bachelor's Degree in IT or a related business field
• 7+ years of progressive experience, including leading consumer-facing products
• Deep understanding of organizational strategy and execution
• Strong process and time management skills, adaptable to change
• Decisiveness and ability to structure data for insights
• Tenacity and commitment to deliver outcomes timely
• Innovative mindset with enthusiasm for new ideas spanning people, process, and product
