Job summary

UMC Health System seeks a Patient Access Representative to complete admissions registrations and ensure procedures are properly documented and eligible. You will collect patient information and coordinate scheduling for exams or tests.

Responsibilities include verifying insurance, collecting payments, and arranging payment plans while maintaining excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment. High school diploma and 1+ year experience required; English fluency essential.

Must possess near visual acuity to read documents and computer records.
