Job summary

UW Health is hiring for a full-time customer service role at UW Health Camelot Towers, 1415 E State St, Rockford, IL. Work hours are 100% FTE, Monday-Friday 10:00am-7:00pm, with every 6th or 7th Saturday 8:00am-noon and holiday coverage as needed.

Work Schedule

100% FTE, Monday-Friday 10:00a-7:00pm, every 6th or 7th Saturday 8:00am-Noon, holiday coverage as needed. You will work at UW Health Camelot Towers 1415 E State St.

Additional components of compensation may include

Qualifications

Work Experience

• 1 year of experience in a customer service-related field. Required
• 1 year of experience in a healthcare, call center, business, financial or insurance related field. Preferred
• Experience in providing a high level of customer service. Required
• Experience operating office machines such as personal computers, fax machines, photocopier, and document scanners. Required
