Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Answering and routing phone calls to appropriate areas.
  • Greeting, screening, and directing patients.
  • Patient check-in and registration.
  • Scheduling therapy appointments.
  • Collecting copays.
  • Working with clinical and clerical staff to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Completes all other duties as assigned.

Sheltering Arms is currently seeking a full-time Patient Access Representative to join our team. This position will provide coverage at our Sheltering Arms Institute location in Henrico, Va.

Compensation
  • $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
