You will conduct professional patient interviews, obtaining demographic, financial, and biographical information. This position is responsible for the delivery of quality performance and service excellence.

Shift Details

Thursday 9a-9p, Friday 9a-9p and Saturday 9a-9p

The Work

• Understands insurance terminology
• Obtains information to appropriately bill payors
• Verifies patient insurance eligibility
• Confirms benefits eligibility
• Gather statistical information in compliance with federal and state regulations
• Completes payment transactions by using proper negotiating techniques to professional collect money owed by our Patients and Guarantors
• Makes referrals to appropriate financial resources, such as payment plans and lines of credit
