As our Patient Access Representative, you will perform patient registration and admitting functions across assigned hospital access areas, including the Emergency Department, main registration, admitting, and other patient access points, gathering, verifying, and updating demographic, insurance, and account information to ensure accurate, timely patient data capture.

Every day you will use multiple systems to support registration, scheduling, documentation, and inquiry processes, identify and elevate discrepancies or complex scenarios according to established procedures, assist with workflow needs during scheduled and high-volume periods, and collaborate with the healthcare team while engaging patients and families to support a positive access experience.
