Job summary

Northside Hospital is seeking a patient information clerk for evening shifts to support smooth patient registration across pediatric, adult, and geriatric services.

The role focuses on collecting and distributing patient and billing information, while ensuring awareness of hospital policies and maintaining courteous communication with patients and families. Experience in a hospital setting is preferred.

Qualifications

• Six months clerical or customer service experience - preferably in a hospital or medical office.
• Excellent communication and strong customer service skills.
• Working knowledge and ability to perform accurately and efficiently on computer.
• Typing skills of 30 wpm.
