We’re seeking a Patient Access Representative to join the team at Texas Children’s Hospital, ranked as the best children’s hospital in Texas and among the top in the nation. In this role, you will ensure timely and accurate patient registration, serving as a liaison among patients, families, payers, and healthcare team members. You will facilitate patient tracking and billing by obtaining and verifying demographic information, securing payments, and collecting out-of-pocket responsibilities to maximize reimbursements. Compliance with EMTALA, The Joint Commission, and other regulations is essential. Additionally, you will identify patients eligible for government resources or charity programs and refer them to financial counseling.
