Shift: Night Shift

Description:

Responsible for performing the Patient Access process, including accurate registration, pre-registration, and insurance verification for eligibility. Coordinates multiple services in proper sequence and informs patients and doctors' offices about preparations and insurance requirements for each service. Collaborates with multiple departments to optimize equipment and facility use while accommodating physician preferences and patient needs. Maintains a courteous, professional manner, proactively develops customer relationships, and prioritizes customer satisfaction.

Note: We have openings on the Afternoon or Overnight shifts only. This position is onsite; remote work is not available.

Qualifications:

• Ability to commute to Livonia at Levan & Five Mile Road.
• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
• Data entry skills (50-60 keystrokes per minute).
• 6+ months experience in a physician office, hospital, or clinic registration or payer activities is preferred but not required.

Training: The required training lasts 4 weeks and is uninterrupted.
