Role Purpose
This role supports all aspects of the Point of Service Collections process across BJC hospitals, from estimate generation to staff education. It manages the price estimation request line and may be the first contact for potential patients, requiring high standards of customer service, compassion, and alignment with BJC’s mission, vision, values, and service standards. The role ensures accurate insurance and financial liability data, coordinates projects supporting Patient Access initiatives, and develops innovative processes to improve efficiency. The Lead facilitates pre-boarding and onboarding of Patient Access Representatives and acts as a mentor, coordinating work independently.
