Job summary

Children’s Wisconsin is seeking a patient‑facing registrar to welcome families with warmth and professionalism, collect demographic and insurance data accurately, and complete registrations efficiently.

Ideal candidates bring strong customer service experience, multitasking ability, and comfort with Windows OS. You will work as part of a collaborative team in a busy pediatric setting, delivering age‑appropriate service daily.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or HSED required.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• Strong multitasking, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
• Comfort with computers, Microsoft Windows, and basic troubleshooting.
• A calm, positive presence even on busy days.
