Job summary

Children’s Wisconsin is seeking a friendly, patient‑focused front desk or registration professional. You will warmly welcome patients and families, verify demographics and insurance, and complete registrations following our guidelines.

You’ll help prevent billing delays with accurate data entry and collaborate with a supportive team while also working independently in a fast‑paced environment. This role requires a calm, positive presence and commitment to our mission and values.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or HSED.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• Strong multitasking, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
• Comfort with computers, Microsoft Windows, and basic troubleshooting.
• A calm, positive presence even on busy days.
