Listens and responds appropriately to resolve issues. Checks paperwork for registration accuracy. Enhances knowledge to train new hires and existing staff. Shows initiative in administrative process improvement. Collects required fees from patients or authorized representatives. Responsible for daily operations. Must be flexible to work scheduled or needed shifts, including weekends, holidays, and on-call duties.
