Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years in reimbursement and patient access, market access, specialty pharmacy, or physician/system account management.
• Experience engaging HCP staff in a support role to educate on access pathways and product requirements.
• Comfortable with up to 30% travel and overnights.
• Experience navigating payer reimbursement processes within a therapeutic area.
• Experience with specialty products acquired through specialty pharmacy networks.
• Patient-centric and service-oriented mindset with high emotional intelligence.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate across teams to reach goals.
• Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Educate healthcare providers and office staff on access pathways and product requirements.
• Educate HCP office staff about prior authorization and appeals process; provide forms and submission guidance.
• Identify and resolve patient access and reimbursement issues within the assigned geography.
• Triage escalations to Field Access Manager per program design and rules.
• Navigate CRM daily and maintain data integrity and compliance with PHI.
• Provide reimbursement expertise to patient support services and align with field teams.
