Qualifications

Responsible for the accuracy and efficiency of day-to-day operations of Olympic Medical Physicians Central Registration staff.
Demonstrates CARE standards in customer service and interactions.
Supervises registration staff, leads staff meetings and participates in performance reviews, HR counseling and disciplinary actions.

Responsibilities

Oversee outpatient registration procedures including scheduling, referrals and charge reviews.
Ensure excellent customer service aligned with CARE standards.
Lead and mentor registration staff, conduct performance reviews and HR-related actions.
