• Collect deposits and payments; provide receipts and document in systems.
• Prepare patient armbands for identification.
• Balance daily receipts and cash drawer; follow up on system flags.
• Initiate screenings and collect information for coverage and paperwork.
• Check medical necessity and complete related notices as needed.
• Schedule, reschedule, or cancel patients per hospital workflows.
• Verify order completeness and alignment with scheduled services.
