Qualifications

• English/Spanish bilingual desirable.
• At least 2 years’ experience in medical or hospital patient access or financial services preferred.
• MS Office knowledge and regulatory familiarity a plus.

Responsibilities

• Pre-registration, registration, payer identification and verification.
• Refer patients to financial counseling and collect at point of service.
• Verify benefits eligibility and determine patient financial responsibility.
• Understand Medicare/Medicaid coordination of benefits and related requirements.
