• Previous experience in a clerical setting.
• Typing speed 30 wpm.
• Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Registers/pre-registers patient in a timely manner with minimal wait times.
• Obtains accurate and complete patient information for registration.
• Completes medical record requests per department guidelines.
• Documents payer related information and account communications in the system.
• Ensures correct forms are filled out and signed for each registration.
