Responsibilities

• Interview patients to obtain demographics and insurance information.
• Secure insurance information, eligibility, benefits and authorizations as applicable.
• Input and retrieve data using a computer.
• Communicate with patients across age groups including neonatal to geriatrics.
• Maintain proficiency in medical terminology.
• Handle special projects with deadlines.
