Qualifications

• Healthcare registration, medical office, or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong computer, telephone, and data-entry skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.

• Obtain required signatures and accurately enter information into the computer system.
• Collect copayments and other patient payments, as applicable.
• Answer telephone calls and direct patients and visitors appropriately.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA requirements.
• Communicate effectively with patients, clinical staff, and other departments.
• Perform other registration and clerical duties as assigned.
