Responsibilities

• Verify insurance coverage and obtain signatures on required forms.
• Collect co-payments, deductibles, and other cash payments as needed.
• Balances daily payment sheets and assists with cashiering after hours and weekends.
• Verify insurance eligibility and benefits; obtain pre-authorizations as needed.
