Job summary

Wyckoff Heights Medical Center is seeking a Front-Line Revenue Cycle Team member to efficiently process scheduled cases, registrations, and admissions across the Emergency Department, Ambulatory Surgery, and clinics. Qualifications

• Must type minimum of 40 words per minute and use computers for data entry.
• Experience in front-line medical office, billing, or hospital registration is required.
• Knowledge of insurance verification process for various payers is a must.
• Ability to work with a team and independently and maintain patient confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Process reservations and registrations for ED, Ambulatory Surgery, Pre-Testing, Clinic, and Inpatient visits.
• Verify insurance, precertification, and collect demographic and financial information.
• Schedule admissions and manage patient records and bed assignments.
• Respond to patient inquiries and coordinate with hospital staff to secure payments.
