Responsibilities

• Assist patients during on-site registration and arrival for scheduled and unscheduled visits.
• Complete demographic, insurance and patient liability information during registration.
• Perform financial clearance on assigned accounts during registration downtimes.
• Provide basic customer service and assist with valuables collection.
• Greet and serve patients in a professional, friendly manner.
