Responsibilities

• Register patients' demographic, insurance, and pre-certification information accurately and timely.
• Coordinate patient flow with scheduling, bed control, and nursing units for efficient routing.
• Explain hospital policies, consent forms, and insurance requirements to patients and families.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and deliver excellent customer service in diverse settings.
• Handle high volumes of registrations, prioritizing tasks while maintaining accuracy.
