Responsibilities

• Complete patient screening and sign in to minimize wait times.
• Check in patients and assist with special needs.
• Capture required patient data for claim processing.
• Verify insurance eligibility and benefits; post co-pays/deductibles.
• Balance cash drawer and perform daily cash balancing.
