Job summary

KVH is seeking a Patient Access Representative to handle hospital admissions and outpatient registrations. This role includes insurance verification and collecting deductibles and co-pays, working with hospital and revenue cycle teams to ensure accurate patient information.

The position is full-time, 40 hours/week, Monday through Friday, with a 2:00 pm - 10:30 pm schedule. Benefits are available, and wage is $19.62–$29.74 per hour depending on experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current computer experience in Microsoft products.

Responsibilities

• Register hospital admissions and outpatient services accurately.
• Verify insurance information and assist with deductibles and co-pays.
• Coordinate with hospital, clinics and revenue cycle teams.
• Greet and direct patients and visitors; answer multi-line phone system.
