• Experience with Epic electronic health record system.

Responsibilities

• Register patients onsite and verify insurance details.
• Schedule appointments and manage documentation in the EHR.
• Collect copays, prepayments, and outstanding balances.
• Provide administrative support and respond to inquiries.
