Job summary

You will obtain demographic and insurance data, work with multiple hospital systems, verify benefits, and collect non-covered fees to support smooth admissions.

Responsibilities include performing registrations, ensuring accurate entries, and handling financial and directive information.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• One year experience in an accredited hospital or physician's office preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and interview skills.
• Demonstrated proficiency in the use of computer systems and computer devices.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and medical insurances.

Responsibilities

• Performs complete and accurate pre-registrations, registration, and admission functions
• Verifies insurance requirements, obtains and understands insurance benefits
