Job summary

Qualifications

• Knowledge of HIPAA and regulatory requirements is essential.

Responsibilities

• Register and greet patients, collect demographic/insurance data, and verify eligibility.
• Collect and apply payments at point of service, balance cash drawers, and document activity.
• Schedule or modify appointments per patient needs and protocol.
• Ensure regulatory/compliance forms are completed and accurate for payors.
• Provide general information and direct patients to appropriate departments.
