Responsibilities

• Register patients for outpatient and inpatient services and verify insurance.
• Collect patient financial liability payments and ensure eligibility requirements.
• Provide general information to hospital users, patients, families and physician offices.
• Process payments and ensure billing accuracy per payer guidelines.
• Analyze data and prepare reports to support operations and leadership decisions.
