Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field; 5 years leadership experience.
• Master’s degree (MBA, MHA, or MSN) preferred to align with system-wide oversight.
• Professional certification (NAHAM CHAM or HFMA CHFP/CRCR) preferred for revenue cycle excellence.

Responsabilités

• Define and monitor performance metrics for Revenue Cycle objectives.
• Identify process bottlenecks and drive improvements with stakeholders.
• Lead patient access, financial counseling, and point-of-service initiatives.
• Develop administrative policies for consistency and efficiency across the system.
• Oversee daily operations of Financial Counseling and Quality teams across Rush facilities.
• Leverage Epic reporting to track registration accuracy and financial clearance rates.
