Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Five years of healthcare and customer service experience.
• Three years of demonstrated excellence in customer service/front-end patient experience.
• Ability to support Access Center service lines and coordinate referrals.

Responsibilities

• Delivers high level personal attention and care to patients referred to RUSH.
• Answers calls for multiple queues and coordinates care or messages across service lines.
• Assess caller needs and provide end-to-end resolution while staying calm under pressure.
• Builds relationships with physicians and staff to coordinate visits and improve service.
