NextGen Healthcare is seeking a Consultant I, Professional Services to guide ambulatory health practices through front desk and patient access workflows, including scheduling, registration, eligibility, reminders, check-in and point-of-service payments.

You will run discovery, configure best-practice processes, and support adoption to achieve measurable results such as reduced no-shows, cleaner data, faster check-in, and improved point-of-service collections, traveling up to 75%.

Competenze

• 6+ years of experience in consulting and/or direct implementation with ambulatory health information systems.
• 6+ years of experience with healthcare-oriented clients and projects.
• Experience managing process improvement and clinical/business transformation projects.

Mansioni

• Render consulting services at client sites, corporate offices, and remotely.
• Provide consultative advice reflecting best practice processes and workflows.
• Perform and document discovery for new implementations.
• Build and edit best practice workflows to meet client needs.
• Document gaps in product functionality and client interactions.
• Support Go-Live and adoption of company products.
• Travel up to 75%.
