Qualifications

• CHAA certification must be obtained upon hire.
• Minimum 3 years experience in Patient Access in a business-office setting.
• Experience with insurance eligibility systems is required.
• 3 years use of medical terminology in a job setting.
• Knowledge of medical billing codes.
• Knowledge of Epic applications.

Responsibilities

• Be the welcoming voice patients hear at the start of their care journey.
• Coordinate patient admissions and support the front-end access process.
• Navigate complex healthcare processes with compassion, accuracy and clarity.
• Collaborate with care teams to ensure smooth patient flow and data accuracy.
