Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and assist with check-in/out.
• Verify insurance eligibility and collect copayments.
• Register patient information and maintain files.
• Handle phone calls and direct messages.
• Ensure clean, welcoming front desk and waiting area.
• Follow HIPAA and company policies.
