• Coordinates scheduling and referrals; supports clinic workflow.
• Handles communications via EMR, phone, email; escalates appropriately.
• Maintains patient confidentiality and accurate documentation.
• Supports front-end operations and inventory management; backup for office tasks.
• Travel to other locations as needed.
