Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; master’s preferred.
• 5+ years hospital registration experience.
• 3+ years supervisory experience.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills required.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and HIPAA compliant handling of data.
• Ability to analyze performance data and improve workflows.

Responsibilities

• Supervise registration/admitting staff and scheduling.
• Ensure efficient patient registration processes.
• Maintain data integrity and accurate Meditech input.
• Address customer concerns and ensure high service quality.
• Collaborate with Revenue Cycle leadership on improvements.
