Job summary

Orlando Health, Inc. is seeking a Patient Access Supervisor to lead the Ambulatory - Outpatient Rehab Admin team in Tampa Bay.

The role oversees staffing, coaching, training, and performance evaluations to ensure efficient patient access and smooth patient flow across seven clinics. The position requires four years in a financial or customer service setting, plus supervisory experience, and proficiency with MS Windows and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Four (4) years of experience in a financial, business office, or customer service environment.
• Proficient in MS Windows environment and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Oversees department staffing and scheduling to meet patient volume.
• Conducts performance evaluations and coaching plans for staff.
• Interviews applicants and makes hiring decisions.
• Manages training processes and implements new procedures.
• Ensures compliance with corporate policies and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinates with hospital departments to maintain patient access and flow.
