Qualifications

• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a medical or outpatient healthcare setting.
• Strong knowledge of patient scheduling workflows, insurance verification, and call center operations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic health record (EHR) systems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a first point of contact for staff regarding workflow questions and daily operational needs.
• Provide real-time guidance on scheduling protocols, insurance verifications, referrals, and system navigation.
• Assist with onboarding and cross-training of new hires.
• Coordinate daily coverage and workflow distribution with leadership.
• Promote accuracy in scheduling and documentation, and adherence to workflows.
• Handle complex calls and service recovery as escalations.
• Support HIPAA compliance and confidentiality in all duties.
