Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma or Equivalent.
• 1 Year computer data entry experience, required.
• 1 Year customer service experience working with patients or customers, required.

Responsibilities

• Interview patients or representatives to obtain personal, financial, and demographic information.
• Prepare patient records and input into computer.
• Verify insurance coverage and collect co-payments, deductibles, and other payments as needed.
• Balance daily payment sheets and route demographics to departments.
• Ensure registration procedures are completed and questions answered for patients.
