Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a business service setting.
• Proven written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with health-care billing and collections is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient registration and collect accurate demographics.
• Verify and document insurance eligibility and coverage.
• Obtain and document financial responsibilities and payment plans.
• Ensure EMTALA compliance during patient processing and intake.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain patient privacy and professionalism.
