• HFMA CRCR or NAHAM CHAA within 1 year of hire.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and insurance verification preferred.
• Experience in hospital registration or patient access is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Register patients for outpatient and/or inpatient services.
• Verify insurance and determine patient financial responsibility.
• Collect payments and ensure eligibility criteria are met.
• Provide information to hospital users, patients, families and physician offices.
• Analyze data and generate reports to support performance improvement.
